I went on vacation last week to Myrtle 🏝 Beach and ☀️ Orlando, Fl to Disney!

We had a 💫 blast and I stayed on the FASTer Way the entire time! 

Here’s how I did it! These tips can help you on vacation, too!

1) I broke my fast at 11 am every day!

2) I only ate whole foods (either grown from the 🌍 earth or had a mother).

3) When I was at the 🏝 beach, I walked in knee-high water (to create resistance) for 15 min one way and 15 min back for aerobic workout. I did a 🏋️♀️ pilates workout at my campsite alongside the beach!

4) When I was at Disney, I walked when I could (with sit down breaks) around the parks. I even walked (25 min) for the first time from Epcot to Hollywood Studios via their new walkway! I was able to see 3 resorts and loved the sunshine!

5) When I went out to eat, I ordered healthy, whole foods (i.e., grilled chicken salad at Hard Rock and a home-made black bean burger with carrots as a side at Rain Forest Cafe’)!

Long story short, you can do the FASTer Way on vacation…easily!
